West Valley Vistas is part of a larger master planned community. The project represents one of the last of its kind in the area. The 1/4 acre home sites themselves sit on a gentle sloping hill side creating some of the only view lots in West Valley City. The homes are designed and priced for the the working class. We have partnered with J. Ballard homes on this project and have met with great success.
